™ VoIP service upgrades your RingCentral virtual phone system into a complete business communication solution, allowing you to place and receive calls using your broadband Internet connection.

DigitalLine

offers three economical plans to suit your calling needs. Whether you call a lot or just occasionally, DigitalLine will save you money over a traditional phone service.

RingCentral DigitalLine seamlessly integrates with your RingCentral virtual phone system, and enhances it with additional time-saving features. You can assign DigitalLine to any extension in your account and use answering rules to route calls to your DigitalLine phones according to day, time and Caller ID. The unified Call Log keeps track of all incoming and outgoing calls. You can answer and place DigitalLine calls from:

RingCentral Call Controller with SoftPhone, which lets you answer and place calls directly from your PC, in addition to conferencing and recording calls.
Your existing analog telephone with an ATA adapter
A digital IP phone that connects directly to your network connection
Any SIP-compatible device

Standard DigitalLine Features
Call anywhere in the U.S. and Canada	With DigitalLine you can call anywhere in the U.S. and Canada for one low rate.
Unlimited inbound calls to local numbers	Unlimited inbound calling to local RingCentral numbers when answered on your DigitalLine.
Use your existing phone	You can use DigitalLine with your existing analog phone via a hardware (ATA) adapter.
Multi-way calling/ call conferencing	Connect as many callers as needed into a single conference using RingCentral SoftPhone. With a regular phone you can conference up to three callers.
View caller ID	View caller ID on incoming calls. RingCentral Mobile can also let you hear who is calling you.
Extension dialing	Quickly connect with your team members by dialing their extension numbers.
Quick access to voicemail	View your messages directly on your SoftPhone, or conveniently access your voicemail by dialing *86.
Speed dial	Dial up to 10 numbers with single digit dialing.
Return missed call	Press *69 to return a missed call, if the caller ID is not empty.
Advanced Features (FREE)
Call recording	Using SoftPhone you can record and store conversations. You can access recorded calls on your PC and email them to your colleagues.
SoftPhone with full Call Controller functionality	Voicemail access; incoming call processing: send caller to voicemail, quick text response, accept call to any phone, reject call, screen caller ID; new fax and voicemail notification.
Select your caller ID	Choose a caller ID to be displayed when you make calls from your DigitalLine. Choose a RingCentral number or any of your phones including your home, office or mobile number. RingCentral even allows you to use your toll free number as your caller ID.
Transfer calls in real time	Attended transfer: put the caller on hold and place a call to another party, then connect the two.
Unified call logs	All incoming and outgoing calls are registered in a single call log.
Missed calls log	See missed phone calls on your SoftPhone and Internet phone.
