Fair usage limits apply on all plans, including unlimited plans. Fair usage is defined as 20,000 minutes for the 4-line plan and 5000 minutes for the 1-line plan. Fair usage limit calculated as 5000 minutes per VoIP line. If over a thirty-day period usage exceeds more than 5000 minutes per VoIP line, you will be in violation of RingCentral's fair usage policy.
