Rates for additional minute charges and minutes included with each plan are based on Domestic and Canadian calling only. International calls will be charged at the current rates published in our international rates table.
Fair usage limits apply on all plans, including unlimited plans. Fair usage is defined as 20,000 minutes for the 4-line plan and 10,000 minutes for the 1-line plan. Fair usage limit calculated as 10,000 minutes per VoIP line. If over a thirty-day period usage exceeds more than 10,000 minutes per VoIP line, you will be in violation of RingCentral's fair usage policy.
