How do I purchase RingCentral Rooms?

  • You can easily purchase, add, and manage RingCentral Rooms licenses from your RingCentral Office online account.

How do I start a RingCentral meeting from RingCentral Rooms?

  • There are two ways to join a meeting:

    1) You can start a meeting by tapping on the “Meet Now” icon from the iPad in the conference room. The meeting will start immediately. Once you are in a meeting, you can invite any attendee with an email invitation.

    2) If you had a RingCentral meeting scheduled earlier from your calendar and selected a specific conference room, your meeting will be displayed on the RingCentral Rooms’ iPad console for that specific conference room. You can tap the “Meeting List,” then select your meeting and just tap on the “Start” button to start from the iPad.

How do I join a RingCentral meeting from RingCentral Rooms?

  • If the meeting is scheduled with a specific conference room, you simply tap the “Start” button to join a scheduled meeting. Or you can tap the “Join Now” icon to join a meeting ad hoc by entering a meeting ID from the iPad console.

Can I connect my existing H.323/SIP conference room to a RingCentral online meeting?

  • Yes. RingCentral offers an alternative Room Connector that enables your existing H.323/SIP room systems to communicate with other RingCentral Meetings participants. You can simply start a meeting from the H.323/SIP conference room screen. Contact RingCentral sales for more details.
