While the caller is waiting to be answered, you can select from default messages or type a new message that Call Controller will read to the caller through its computer-generated voice. Great for when you’re in meetings or on the phone with someone else, but want to give that caller the personal touch or a call back time. |

Pick up the call while the caller is leaving a message
Call Controller allows you to listen to the message as it is being given, and also to pick up the call to speak with the caller. |
