The RingCentral Call Controller makes call management easier and more functional. Simply install the program on your PC, and you are ready to take calls and facilitate all your business communications. It is equipped with a lot of features which enable you to use your PC as your phone. Whenever there is a caller on the line, you can use the Call Controller to screen them. You are given different options in screening them, such as based on caller ID, or having the auto-attendant ask the caller to speak. You can listen in through your PC speakers or headphone, and decide whether or not the call is important or critical. If you are unavailable to take calls, you may send them to voicemail and have the auto-attendant read a text-to-speech message that you type in your PC. If you decide to answer a call, you can actually use your PC, since the Call Controller also acts as a softphone. All you need is your headset. You may also route incoming calls to any RingCentral-connected number, such as your home phone, cell phone or another employee. This enables you to have more control over your business communications. You may also see all your received faxes and voicemails, including the details of the files and the result of the transactions.
