Screen callers
Before a call rings your phones, Call Controller automatically opens and displays the name and number of the person or business who’s calling. You can also have callers prompted to state their names which will be played through your computer speakers for you to identify. |

Call Controller lets you experience the power and quality of VoIP service for free. You can answer all your incoming calls on your PC. A headset and microphone turns your PC into the smartest phone available. You can even add the optional RingCentral DigitalLine to get outbound dialing from your Call Controller. |

Click one button to send calls to voicemail, an automatic text response or to reject the call. |

Route calls on the fly
You can select from a drop-down list which hard phone you want to the call to ring on—your office phone, home phone, mobile or any phone you choose. |

Give callers a text-to-voice message before answering
While the caller is waiting to be answered, you can select from default messages or type a new message that Call Controller will read to the caller through its computer-generated voice. Great for when you’re in meetings or on the phone with someone else, but want to give that caller the personal touch or a call back time. |

Pick up the call while the caller is leaving a message
Call Controller allows you to listen to the message as it is being given, and also to pick up the call to speak with the caller. |

Conference calls
Join as many incoming calls as you like into conference through Call Controller. |

Record calls
