Ringcentral Mobile call logs keep a record of every call, voicemail and fax transaction, including details and information such as date and time, result and attached files (for voicemails and faxes). The records are kept indefinitely in your RingCentral Mobile account, except for the actual voicemail and faxes which are kept only for 30 days. Through the RingCentral Mobile call logs, users can monitor all their VoIP transactions, enabling them to use the information for reports and analyses. The call logs can also be used to retrieve important numbers and go back to voicemails which have not yet been returned. All the information can be downloaded into a spreadsheet which can be used for monthly cost analyses and reports.
