Terms and Conditions
Eligibility
This offer (the "Offer") is made available by RingCentral, Inc., subject to these Terms and Conditions (the “Offer Terms and Conditions”) to: (a) new RingCentral business customers who are currently under an enterprise agreement with another office productivity suite service provider, as proven by their participation in Google’s Enterprise Agreement Campaign and (optionally) who purchase RingCentral from a participating RingCentral partner (each, a “Qualifying Customer”).
The Offer
RingCentral: 18 months of service for the price of 12 months
By signing up for the Offer, Qualifying Customers will get eighteen months of service for the price of twelve months when service is paid annually.
The Offer covers new customers from 100 to 3,000 user licenses per Qualifying Customer. Standard RingCentral service fees will be applicable for any additional user licenses added during the Offer term and will be billed annually.
Qualifying Customers will be required to participate in Google’s Enterprise Agreement Campaign to receive the Offer from RingCentral.
How to Activate the Offer
To activate the Offer, you must provide your contact information. A dedicated RingCentral customer representative will engage with you to confirm your company name, business address, phone number, email and basic business information and to verify that you are eligible as a Qualifying Customer. The dedicated customer representative may discuss your current business needs and costs for office productivity and communications, confirm the applicable period for the Offer, and identify the appropriate participating RingCentral partner (if desired and not already engaged) to assist you with signing up for RingCentral (“Qualifying Information”). By submitting the foregoing Qualifying Information, you (i) opt in to activate the Offer and accept the Offer Terms and Conditions; (ii) consent to RingCentral using your submitted information as permitted by the RingCentral Privacy Notice; (iii) represent that you are not in breach of obligations (including confidentiality obligations) under any third party agreements; (iv) represent that all Qualifying Information is true and accurate. RingCentral reserves the right to conduct independent third party verification of any Qualifying Information you provide and you consent to the use of your submitted information for this purpose. RingCentral will determine in its sole discretion your eligibility for the Offer. Any violation of these Offer terms by a Qualifying Customer invalidates the Offer.
You acknowledge that RingCentral will have no liability or responsibility under this Agreement for: any other implementation work performed by a RingCentral partner for a Qualifying Customer; other services delivered by a RingCentral partner to Qualifying Customer; the terms of the RingCentral agreement with a RingCentral partner; or a RingCentral partner’s compliance or failure to comply with the applicable RingCentral agreement.
Term
This is a limited time offer. In order to be considered for eligibility, you must activate the Offer by December 31, 2016.
Territory
This Offer will be valid in the U.S. and Canada. Void where prohibited.
General Restrictions
The Offer is limited to one per Qualifying Customer and cannot be combined with any other offer. The Offer is not valid for existing RingCentral customers.
Modification and Cancellation
RingCentral reserves the right to modify and/or cancel the Offer at any time.
