The following rates reflect current AI Session pricing for RingCentral AI Representative services on US RingEX accounts. One AI Session covers up to 1 minute of voice interaction or up to 10 digital messages (SMS, WhatsApp, or other digital channel). Rates are subject to change; updated rates are effective upon publication on this page.
AI Session Pricing
Each AIR Pro interaction is billed as one or more AI Sessions. One AI Session is equivalent to one minute of voice or up to 10 digital messages. Usage is billed on a per-session basis at the then-current rate; session bundles available for purchase.

Session Bundle |
Pre-purchased AI Session bundles provide a discounted per-session rate. Bundle pricing and available bundle sizes are defined in the Customer's Order Form. Unused bundle sessions expire at end of billing period. |

Rates are subject to change without notice. The per-session overage rate is $1.00 per Session. Bundle pricing may reduce this rate.
