Test Your Connection’s Capacity

This test will help you determine the maximum number of simultaneous RingCentral VoIP calls that can be supported on your broadband connection. For best results, please run this test when the connection is idle (i.e., the Internet is not in use by any other user or application).

Download bandwidth starting point (Mbps):
Choose how much download bandwidth the test will begin with. Try to choose a number that is close to what you believe you have subscribed to from your ISP.
Upload bandwidth starting point (Mbps):
Choose how much upload bandwidth the test will begin with. Try to choose a number that is close to what you believe you have subscribed to from your ISP.
Codec:
Advanced setting reserved for our technical support staff. Unless otherwise specified, the default setting of G.711 is what should be used.
