Recent updates from RingCentral include Automatic Outlook Contacts Synchronization in your Softphone. With this kind of upgrade, the changes in contact details in your Outlook or your online account are now automatically reflected in both. Extension Speed Dial is also one of the recently-added features in your Softphone. This enables you to quickly start a new call if you need to reach an extension in a hurry.
Our Text-to Speech feature has also been improved. Now, you can be provided with a more natural-sounding voice when you use default introductory or voicemail greetings or when you use the reply options from your RingCentral Softphone.
The latest release of the RingCentral Softphone is now compatible with Windows Vista 64-bit edition. With this upgrade, you can access your Softphone easily even if you have the Vista operating system. To install this feature, just select the download tab in your online account. If you already have this on your desktop, go to Menu > Tools > Check for updates to see if you have the latest version.
