RingCentral comes with Click-to-Call Out, a feature which lets users place a link on their email signature or website which visitors can click to connect to their RingCentral numbers. This makes it easier for prospective and existing customers to connect to you through call. Not only can you use Click-to-Call Out to allow people to call you, but you can also use it to call others. When you are using a computer that has the RingCentral Call Controller installed in it, you may highlight any number and press a hotkey on your keyboard. When a number is already in your online account or the Call Controller, you may simply click the number. You may also click any number from your Outlook contacts list. A pop-up window would then be displayed. Fill in the required information and then click Call. Your RingCentral-connected phone would then ring. When you pick it up, your call will be connected. The Click-to-Call Out eliminates the need to copy a number from your computer to your phone, eliminating the risk of dialing the wrong number, a mistake that translates to wasted call minutes. Users may also Click-to-Call Out to any international number, giving a more convenient way of communicating with business contacts even when outside of the country.
