How does RingOut work?
Not only can you use RingOut to dial a number you see on a Web page, email or Word document, for example, but you can use it to return calls to clients by clicking on a logged phone number in your online account. To initiate RingOut—you can highlight a number and press a hotkey on your keyboard, click a number in your online account, or click RingOut from Call Controller™ or Outlook®. Then a pop-up window appears with two drop-down lists. One is the number or name of the person or business you’re trying to reach and the other is a phone number you're using—in other words, your Current location. Click Call. When your phone rings, you pick it up a voice prompt will say, “Hello, to connect this call, press 1.”

Can RingOut dial international numbers?
Yes. You can eliminate misdials by having RingOut dial your number for you and connect you to an international number. Keep in mind that using RingOut click-to-call dialing can actually save you money if you’re traveling abroad and calling from a hotel. For instance, initiating RingOut actually places an inbound call to your phone, so you are charged for an inbound rather than an outbound call.
