The RingCentral Mobile call screening service enables users to identify callers even before a call is answered. The auto-attendant facilitates the call screening process by sending users the name and number of the callers. It also works with the RingCentral Call Controller by displaying a pop-up window when there is a new call. Users can then choose to answer, reject or send the call to voicemail, based on the information displayed.
