RingCentral call forwarding does not double bill subscribers, and no hidden charges for forwarded calls. With FindMe and FollowMe call forwarding, users my select different ways of how calls are routed to their numbers. Users may forward calls to up to 10 different phone numbers at a specific order or all at the same time, depending on the call forwarding setting chosen. The settings for the FindMe call forwarding option lets callers dial your Ringcentral extension number and ring a series of the phone numbers that you are using. On the other hand, the FollowMe call forwarding option overrides all existing call forwarding settings and sends all calls to a single number. This is highly useful for when users are out of the country and are using a temporary number. These settings may be modified through any Internet-connected computer, or through the RingCentral Call Controller.
