Speakers and topics
Asia Ilinykh DevOps Team Lead, RingCentral
Thinking of moving EKS to Amazon Linux 2023? It’s not just a yum update. In this talk for DevOps and SREs, AI breaks down the critical pitfalls — from cgroupv2 issues and strict IMDSv2 enforcement to the deprecation of the classic bootstrap.sh for node connectivity. You will learn how to adapt your node configurations and workloads to survive this architectural shift without waking up PagerDuty.
Asia Ilinykh is a DevOps Team Lead at RingCentral. Hardened by a technical university in Siberia, she has built her career from the ground up: starting with electronics repair and NetOps, moving through SecOps, and settling into DevOps leadership. This deep understanding of hardware, networking, and security helps her tackle complex infrastructure challenges with precision. When she isn’t migrating clusters, Asia can be found snowboarding or hiking with her dog.
Dmitry Isaev DevOps Engineer, RingCentral
This talk is a compilation of observations from operating Jenkins day‑to‑day for about five years. Some points will sound obvious, some will be controversial — the goal is to sum up a practical cookbook that you can take home.
Dmitry Isaev is a DevOps Engineer with five years of hands-on experience and eleven years total of Linux administration and support. He has built his background across corporate IT, web hosting, and backup platform companies, working with production-grade infrastructure and operational challenges at scale. Today, Dmitrii works on RingCentral’s Global Continuous Integration team, where he focuses on developing, maintaining, and continuously improving testing routines and CI operations to keep feedback fast, reliable, and actionable.
