RingCentral RingCX for Google's Business Message Integration

There are millions of searches on Google each year leading to direct calls to businesses. With Business Messages you can now message businesses directly from your Google search or Google maps instead of calling by default. Businesses with a Google My Business account can now activate this feature for their customers to engage with them via messages. All incoming messages will be distributed to agents via RingCX.

This new feature is only available for mobile searches from Google search and Google maps. It is compatible with a bot for automated handling and also supports structured messages.
