- Has several years experience in technical customer support,

- Enjoys selling our service to businesses calling in to inquire,
- Enjoys troubleshooting and solving telephony or PC issues,
- Possesses excellent communication skills, and
- Has the discipline to work from home
- Northern California home location preferred
