Channel Support Manager

RingCentral is hiring! We're looking for an energetic and motivated Channel Support Manager to thrive in a fast-paced, cutting-edge, technology-driven environment. You will be responsible for the day-to-day pre- and post sales support of RingCentral's Sales Agents and Resellers to help our channel generate new sales and expand RingCentral's customer base. The RingCentral environment is fast paced, high octane, success, and teamwork oriented environment committed to growing the business in a virtually untapped market.

You'll become the resident expert on RingCentral's services including Office, Mobile and Fax and will assist our Channel Partners with selling our hosted VoIP platform and call management services. Additionally, you will develop a strong understanding of key differentiators, internal/external systems, sales methodologies and processes. You will also be an innovator that will help our global company discover new ways to improve our service and drive new business initiatives to increase partner success and productivity.

The most critical qualifications for a RingCentral Support Manager is that you have a proven track record of success, good problem solving skills, high energy and motivation, and the can-do attitude to make a difference in a fun, fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support for RingCentral Channel Partners to help them sell, implement and support RingCentral's services
    • Answer partner questions via e-mail and telephone
    • Assist partners with quotes and proposals for RingCentral services
    • Work with internal cross-functional teams to assist with partner implementation, support and billing escalations
  • Assist with on boarding and set up of new sales agent and reseller partners
  • Understand partner's business and how RingCentral can services can enhance their value proposition
  • Assist with ongoing agent training, marketing, and overall enablement programs
  • Work cross functionally with other team members to deliver on company goals
  • Drive requirements and help develop sales tools and materials for the Channel
  • Serve as internal channel advocate to ensure partner and customer satisfaction
  • Participation in industry events such as trade shows and seminars
  • Exceed revenue objectives

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Two to Three years of customer service / sales experience
  • B2B selling experience preferred
  • Demonstrated track record of success
  • Successful experience in maintaining an existing customer base
  • Ability to strongly influence decision makers
  • BA / BS or equivalent education and relevant experience
  • Ability to explore and make recommendations to partners based on customer needs
  • Excellent customer service orientation via e-mail, phone and in person
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong initiative and creativity applied through technology
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to convey and relate ideas to others
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • Ability to excel in a team-oriented, collaborative, and fast-paced environment
  • Vibrant and energetic attitude, willingness to perform and get things done
