What's New in RingCentral 2008

Our newest Call Controller includes automatic Outlook Contacts Synchronization. No more manual importing and exporting whenever a contact needs to be updated. Any change within Outlook or your online account is now reflected automatically in both.

Need to reach someone at extension 101 in a hurry? Just click the Speed Dial button and select their name from your DigitalLine-enabled SoftPhone to quickly start a new call.

Answer your RingCentral calls from work or your hotel room. All Forwarding Number fields – including FollowMe and Ring A Number Only – now allow you to enter an extension or room number after the forwarding number. (For example: “510-555-1234 x101”)

Text-to-speech has been improved to provide a more natural-sounding voice when you use the default Introductory or Voicemail greetings, or when you use the Reply option from your RingCentral Call Controller.
