Senior Vice President
Commercial & Enterprise Sales

Mitch Tarica is the senior vice president of enterprise and commercial sales at RingCentral where he is responsible for the growth of RingCentral’s enterprise customer base across North America. During his four years at RingCentral, Tarica has led the team in successfully growing the commercial and enterprise segment to what is now an over $100M business for RingCentral. His passionate enthusiasm and collaborative approach to sales enablement has been an essential ingredient to the team’s overall success. Prior to joining RingCentral, he worked at Oracle as area vice president of sales for the western US and Canada where he led their sales organization with the charter of helping companies solve complex business problems with Oracle cloud and premise based software solutions. Tarica was also one of WebEx’s first hires in 1999, where he served as vice president of sales, shaping the sales culture at WebEx through their IPO in 2000 and their eventual $3.2 billion acquisition by Cisco in 2007.

Tarica holds a bachelor of science degree in business administration from the University of California at Riverside. When you can't find Mitch with his team at RingCentral or spending time with his wife and two kids, you can most likely find him on a golf course somewhere in the world.
