For the second year in a row, we organized a winter health day, and almost the entire office joined. Around 120 colleagues enjoyed a Friday off to practice skiing, snowboarding, hiking, or simply walking in the mountains and breathing fresh air.<\/p>\n<p>This year we headed to the Seven Rila Lakes resort near Sofia.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-60906\" src=\"\/us\/en\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/image2-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1500\" height=\"1999\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The day offered a range of activities for all skill levels. Some colleagues challenged themselves on the ski slopes, others improved their snowboarding skills, and many chose to explore the beautiful mountain trails. No matter the activity, everyone enjoyed the time outdoors.<\/p>\n<p>Events like this give colleagues a chance\u00a0 to recharge, connect with teammates, and get ready for the next engineering challenges. Ski Day is a celebration of the RingCentral Bulgaria spirit \u2014 teamwork, camaraderie, and shared energy that make our culture strong and vibrant.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-60907\" src=\"\/us\/en\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/image3-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1999\" height=\"1500\" \/><\/p>\n<p>After the active morning, we gathered for a well-deserved lunch.
