This spirit was on full display during our recent all-hands session in Sofia and Valencia where we were joined by Kira Makagon, President and Chief Operating Officer, and Vlad Shmunis, Founder, Chairman &amp; CEO.<\/p>\n<p>These sessions gave employees the chance to speak directly with RingCentral\u2019s senior leaders. Everyone was encouraged to challenge ideas and spark meaningful, direct and inclusive conversations \u2014 a reflection of the culture we continue to nurture.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"heading h3 h2\"><a id=\"clear\"><\/a>Clear direction: Vision, priorities, and execution<\/h2>\n<p>Kira and Vlad shared the company&#8217;s evolving vision and the priorities guiding our work. They emphasized the importance of staying\u00a0 agile, focusing on execution, and delivering innovation that matters.<\/p>\n<p>A highlight of the session was the deep dive into Artificial Intelligence, not as an experimental side project but rather, a core catalyst of our transformation. Our leadership highlighted how AI is being used to enhance the user experience, boost productivity, and redefine how communication tools serve people. AI is not the future: it\u2019s already here. We\u2019re making a difference by building smarter tools, more efficient workflows, and products that help people do their best work.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It was a real pleasure to meet our team in Sofia in person,&#8221; said Kira Makagon. &#8220;There\u2019s nothing like hearing directly from people, and feeling the energy in the room. These conversations are invaluable.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"heading h3 h2\"><a id=\"global\"><\/a>Global teams, shared momentum<\/h2>\n<p>This visit continued to reinforce the strength of our global teams.
