It\u2019s now more flexible, secure, and data-rich than ever.<\/p>\n<p>We also heard feedback from our beta customers about the tools and data that mattered most to them. Some needed basic reporting while others needed a comprehensive tool.<\/p>\n<p>As a result, there will be two different Business Analytics packages available to you. Business Analytics Essentials offers powerful, out-of-the-box insights to line of business leaders that don\u2019t need customized dashboards or filters. Business Analytics Essentials will eventually replace Performance Reports, a solution that enables you to combine user, queue, and call activity to evaluate performance.<\/p>\n<p><b>Business Analytics Pro<\/b> will be the choice for those that need an ever richer set of data and more customization. Users will be able to customize dashboards and filters, create custom KPIs, and choose longer data retention periods for even greater historical perspective.<\/p>\n<p>Both Business Analytics Essentials and Business Analytics Pro are included in many RingCentral solutions. With Business Analytics Pro, you can store up to 36 months of data to meet your needs.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"heading h2\"><a id=\"your\"><\/a>Your next steps with RingCentral Business Analytics<\/h2>\n<p>Business Analytics Pro has been available in beta to customers across companies of all sizes and industries. As we complete the beta phase, Business Analytics Pro will become generally available on May 15, 2026.<\/p>\n<p>At that time, access to Business Analytics Pro will be aligned to your RingEX edition. Customers will be entitled based on their current plan, with Business Analytics Pro included in Ultra and Customer Engagement Bundle tiers, and Business Analytics Essentials included in other tiers.<\/p>\n<p>If you would like to continue using Business Analytics Pro and it is not included in your current plan, please contact your RingCentral account representative to review available options.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"heading h3\">RingCentral Essentials and Core customers<\/h3>\n<p>RingCentral Business Analytics is not included in RingCentral Essentials and Core packages. For continued access after your renewal, you\u2019ll need to choose a RingCentral package that best aligns with your Business Analytics needs.<\/p>\n<h3>RingCentral Standard, Premium, and Advanced customers<\/h3>\n<p>Business Analytics Essentials with six months of storage is included with these packages. For continued access to Business Analytics Pro or longer data retention periods, upgrade to RingCentral Ultra or purchase it as an add-on.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"heading h3\">RingCentral Ultimate and Ultra customers<\/h3>\n<p>Customers with Ultimate and Ultra are automatically entitled to Business Analytics Pro with 12 months of data storage.
