Be sure to check out each day\u2019s featured RingCentral employee and their unique perspective.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"heading h2\"><b>Employee Resource Groups and you.<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) play a crucial role in the fabric of our culture. They provide a forum for our members to come together, share their experiences, and support one another. Your membership and participation help us create a more welcoming and supportive environment for all. In keeping with our \u201cWe Innovate\u201d theme, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Monday our Black Employees at RingCentral (BE@R) ERG hosted the Black Gold Leadership Forum with the Reverend Al Sharpton, founder and president of National Action Network (NAN). In keeping with the theme, \u201cWe Collaborate,\u201d Pintilie <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">facilitated mini rounds of speed networking where participants were given a series of questions to answer while rotating amongst colleagues in small RingCentral video breakout rooms.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"heading h2\"><b>We Create.<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">RingCentral employees<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">are creators who have the ability to turn our imagination into ideas using our talents and skills.<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jace Henderson is an artist, producer, father, creative, and Account Executive at RingCentral. In this short <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=uyvlE9c6GLI\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">video<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, Jace talks about bringing his authentic self to work while using creativity to find solutions.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Celebrating the theme \u201cWe Create,\u201d on Wednesday our Pan-Asian Network at RingCentral ERG hosted an origami workshop. Using the Japanese art of paper folding, participants were encouraged to transform flat sheets of paper into three-dimensional sculptures.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"heading h2\"><b>We Empower.<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We empower each other by providing support, encouragement, and autonomy to achieve our goals and to reach our full potential. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Thursday\u2019s festivities were hosted by Generations at RingCentral ERG and kicked off with a culturally diverse potluck featuring a wide range of international cuisine. Generations also arranged for a professional photographer to be on-site at our Belmont, Charlotte, and Denver offices so employees could update their headshots.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"heading h2\"><b>We Care.<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Meet <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Renee Mann, co-leader of RingCentral&#8217;s Indigenous ERG and passionate participant of our RingCentral Foundation, for volunteering and social impact.\u00a0 <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/hZ9kLhlCyuw\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Learn more<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> about how Renee first got introduced to community service and how she brings her passion for volunteering to work. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our Help and Understanding Group at RingCentral (HUGS) hosted Friday\u2019s \u201cWe Care\u201d virtual volunteering event along with RingCentral Foundation. Participants<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> volunteered for the non-profit, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/feelthebeat.dance\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Feel the Beat<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, to learn American Sign Language and record birthday greetings for children with hearing impairment. Their messages will make a kid&#8217;s birthday even more special!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"heading h2\"><b>We \u201cWin as One!\u201d<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For Culture Week, we highlighted our ERGs and the rich tapestry of individuals that make up our workplace. We recognized each individual\u2019s unique talents and perspectives and the importance of their stories. Sharing these stories helped us to build connections, foster understanding, and create a more inclusive workplace.
