We couldn\u2019t be more grateful to our employees for everything they do.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"heading h2\"><b>The envelope please!<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><b>RingCentral\u2019s rankings in the Q3 2022 Comparably B<\/b><b>est Place to Work awards<\/b><b> are:<\/b><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>#2 for Happiest Employees\u00a0<\/b><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>#2 for Best Company Compensation<\/b><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>#14 for Best Company Perks &amp; Benefits\u00a0<\/b><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>#88 for Best Work-Life Balance\u00a0<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"heading h2\"><b>Happiness does not just happen.\u00a0<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There\u2019s a lot to be proud of with these latest awards by Comparably, which were also highlighted in <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.businessinsider.com\/comparably-large-employers-where-employees-are-happiest-2022-9\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Business Insider<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.usatoday.com\/story\/money\/business\/2022\/10\/06\/microsoft-adobe-top-list-large-companies-best-benefits\/8190520001\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">USA Today<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> last week. Ultimately our success starts with our employees and the culture they\u2019ve built. That\u2019s why we are seeing such strong measures of employee happiness.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Of course, we have to take care of people with compensation for hard work, and our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.businessinsider.com\/comparably-large-companies-with-best-compensation-ranking-2022-10#2-ringcentral-24\">ranking at #2<\/a> in this category is awesome recognition. We\u2019re very appreciative of our ranking at\u00a0 #14 for having perks and benefits that go beyond the expected. For work-life balance, at #88, it\u2019s nice recognition but also a good reminder \u2013 there\u2019s an opportunity to improve and do even better.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"heading h2\"><b>Success start with our people<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our success starts with our people and the amazing efforts they put in everyday.\u00a0 Success also extends to our culture of <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">collaboration and communication in our everyday\u00a0 workplace. It\u2019s not only about the technology we offer to our customers, but it\u2019s also about the way we work together.
