This year, RingCentral was honored to win Gold, Silver, and Bronze awards\u2014for Leadership Development and Onboarding programs at the Brandon Hall Group\u2019s Human Capital Management (HCM) Excellence Awards, known industry-wide as the \u201cAcademy Awards of HCM.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"heading h2\"><b>The criteria<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The HCM Excellence Awards judging panel consists of independent senior industry subject matter experts and practitioners, as well as experienced Brandon Hall Group research analysts and members of the executive leadership team.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To be considered, each entry had to demonstrate the following:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Strategic design and delivery of the programs or technologies to meet the objectives<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The widespread rollout and adoption of the program<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Overall benefits and measurable results<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"heading h2\"><b>The results<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">RingCentral\u2019s <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Unleash Your Leadership Potential<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and FLIGHT School: Ground Training and programs entered Brandon Hall Group\u2019s HCM Awards back in Q1, and have been waiting patiently <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(OK, semi-patiently)<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ever since to hear the results.
