RingCentral China is winning the award for the third consecutive year.<\/p>\n<p>The &#8220;Best Companies to Work for in Asia\u00ae&#8221; is awarded by HR Asia, a leading human resource publication in Asia, and is an authoritative award in the field of human resource management in Asia with comprehensive judging criteria.<\/p>\n<p>The award is based on in-depth analysis of anonymous employee responses covering a range of areas including: inclusiveness, management philosophy, corporate culture, and employee participation, known as the Total Engagement Assessment Model\u2122 (TEAM). \u00a0Since 2013, TEAM research has collected two million questionnaires from major Asian countries, making it one of the largest employee engagement surveys in Asia.<\/p>\n<p>This year&#8217;s survey results show RingCentral scores above industry averages in the Core, Self, and Group categories. RingCentral employees shared that &#8220;the organization allows flexible work arrangements&#8221;, &#8220;the company encourages employees to acquire more skills or certificates&#8221;, and respondents feel there is &#8220;close collaboration and willing support between workmates&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-50522 aligncenter\" src=\"\/us\/en\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/HRasia-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"783\" height=\"440\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Marc Chan, General Manager of RingCentral China, said in an interview with <em>HR Asia<\/em>: &#8220;It is a distinct honor to receive this prestigious award of \u201cBest Companies to Work for in Asia\u201d 3 years in a row.
