These include the ability to serve all citizens, whether they\u2019re accessing services digitally or in-person, and the ability to maintain service and access to information in the face of disasters or other disruptions.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>3. 69.4% say digital transformation is very important<\/b><b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><sup>3<\/sup><\/span><\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">COVID-19 accelerated digital transformation in government\u2014and with the move to hybrid, there\u2019s no going back. With a 62.5% score on customer experience, government agencies lag behind the private sector<\/b><b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><sup>7<\/sup><\/span><\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">While it\u2019s great to see agencies making progress towards digital transformation, there\u2019s work ahead. Currently end-users\u2014i.e. citizens\u2014rank<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ringcentral.com\/us\/en\/blog\/top-4-drivers-of-government-customer-experience\/\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">customer experiences provided by government agencies<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> significantly behind the experiences they have with private-sector brands and
