There\u2019s no doubt that the year 2020 changed us all. Whether it made us feel more anxious about day-to-day life or gave us a better work-life balance, the path forward for making human connections looks vastly different than it did prior to the global pandemic.<\/p>\n

With the constant shift to different work models, it\u2019s important to develop a <\/span>hybrid work model<\/span><\/a> to support employees moving forward. In fact, it\u2019s critical given <\/span>83%<\/span><\/a> of workers believed that a hybrid work model would be optimal.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition, <\/span>Prudential\u2019s Pulse of the American Worker survey<\/span><\/a> shared that 68% of workers believed that a hybrid work model would be ideal. Commenting on the results of the survey, Prudential\u2019s Rob Falzon noted:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
