In a nutshell, Microsoft Teams users will have embedded controls for business SMS, fax, voicemail, along with the existing embedded dialer, all of which use RingCentral as the phone carrier.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-50022\" src=\"\/us\/en\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/2021-11-09_09-46-33-1024x574.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"574\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This means users can access their RingCentral voicemails and respond to SMS messages <\/span><b>without ever leaving the Teams app<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Making and receiving calls, sending SMS texts, and reviewing voicemails can all be done natively in Teams.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There\u2019s more than just phone features.
