We get excited about them because they\u2019re based on real, anonymous employee opinions (1345 employees have written 3949 comments so far this year!) \u2014 so people can share their real authentic opinions. The good. The bad. The ugly. Fortunately for us, our people are feeling pretty great about working at RingCentral. And we could not be more grateful.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"heading h3\"><b>And the winners are:<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We are absolutely ecstatic to announce RingCentral brought home three major awards in Q3 2021:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><b>#10 for Best Company Perks &amp; Benefits<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><b>#3 for Best Company Compensation<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and best of all,\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><b>#2 for Best Company Happiness<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">#HelloToHappyDance<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"heading h3\"><b>Well taken-care of.<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It\u2019s nice to be recognized for our compensation, perks and benefits, but putting zeroes at the end of a check doesn\u2019t automatically make you a great place to work. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(Yes, we know: it sure does help.) <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anyone can get out of the checkbook. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Compensation and benefits only become a competitive edge when<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> they\u2019re <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a true reflection of the value a company places on its employees.\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For VP of Rewards and People Operations Ademar Martins, that\u2019s exactly what these awards mean. \u201cThese awards truly reflect the philosophy behind our Total Rewards program. We know our people do phenomenal work and we work hard every day to make sure they are rewarded for their efforts.
