This honor is based on RingCentral employees\u2019 candid, anonymous responses to\u00a0 the <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Great Place to Work\u00ae<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Trust Index survey, which we think is one of the best ways to measure satisfaction with workplace culture.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-49539 aligncenter\" src=\"\/us\/en\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/GPTW.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"546\" height=\"416\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The average total score for the Great Place to Work Trust Index survey was 88% in 2020. We\u2019re proud to say RingCentral China\u2019s score hit 97%.
