The topics covered included training, smart cities and the digital challenges in Africa. During these 2 days, Dimelo met 30 decision makers to discuss their customer care challenges.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"align-center\" src=\"\/us\/en\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/inline-images\/Rencontres-Africa-Nairobi.jpg\" alt=\"Rencontres Africa Nairobi\" width=\"596\" height=\"447\" data-entity-type=\"file\" data-entity-uuid=\"f4eea3ee-2d35-4b8c-a4b0-059a27ea3937\" \/><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/ericdossantos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Eric Dos Santos<\/a>, Customer Care Expert and Dimelo co-founder, talked with\u00a0<b>TV5 Monde<\/b> for an exclusive interview. Our team had meetings with 30 customer care professionals to introduce Dimelo and discuss how we could help them optimize their strategy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"align-center\" src=\"\/us\/en\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/inline-images\/2455986315464992260-account_id%3D0.jpg\" alt=\"Rencontres Africa Abidjan\" width=\"406\" height=\"375\" data-entity-type=\"file\" data-entity-uuid=\"b1fd8105-cf58-426e-8c0d-96020830ebad\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"docs-internal-guid-7ccf3841-0c09-fc8c-4c90-5f0d1e794779\">Dimelo\u00a0currently operate\u00a0in 21 african countries, helping companies such as <b>Orange<\/b> and <a href=\"http:\/\/site.dimelo.com\/en\/success-story-canal-plus-afrique\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><b>Canal +<\/b><\/a> to manage their digital customer care.
