With 2 billion messages exchanged between companies and their customers every month, Messenger has become a major customer service channel. To help companies get started with Messenger and optimize their presence, Facebook recently launched some new resources.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span id=\"docs-internal-guid-38f06ef0-2c9e-df04-fdaf-8c384d1bce29\">Using Messenger for customer care with Dimelo Digital<\/span><\/h2>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span id=\"docs-internal-guid-38f06ef0-2c9f-307c-f360-75a70a282f3d\">Among the new Messenger features is the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/business\/partner-directory\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u201cDirectory of Platform Development Providers\u201d<\/a>, which helps businesses find the right partner based on their reasons for using Messenger (customer service, acquisition, transactions, etc.)<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span id=\"docs-internal-guid-38f06ef0-2c9f-d2e9-5efa-ffbd8549e94f\">Dimelo has appeared in the directory as a preferred Messenger partner since the development of our Messenger connector. Our connector is currently being used by many companies to exchange with their customers on Messenger, including AXA, BNP Paribas, <a href=\"http:\/\/site.dimelo.com\/en\/success-story-hello-bank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Hello Bank!<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/site.dimelo.com\/en\/success-story-direct-energie\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Direct Energie<\/a>\u00a0and <a href=\"http:\/\/site.dimelo.com\/en\/success-story-iflix\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">iflix<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"align-center\" src=\"\/us\/en\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/inline-images\/Directory%20of%20Platform%20Development%20Providers.png\" alt=\"Directory of Platform Development Providers\" width=\"663\" height=\"377\" data-entity-type=\"file\" data-entity-uuid=\"e1062641-359b-470b-af7a-f588fbd176d2\" \/><\/p>\n<h2 dir=\"ltr\"><span id=\"docs-internal-guid-38f06ef0-2ca0-188e-ca07-c950837d09fb\">AXA on Messenger: 80% customer satisfaction<\/span><\/h2>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span id=\"docs-internal-guid-38f06ef0-2ca0-57b9-acd5-5eef13c4dfa8\">In April 2016, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dimelo.com\/en\/blog-post\/axa-one-of-first-french-businesses-to-use-facebook-messenger-for-its-customer-relations\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">AXA was one of the first French companies to adopt Messenger<\/a>. Working with Facebook and Dimelo, the company got up and running on Messenger in 3 months, which enabled its Switch customers (a product intended for the youth market) to communicate with their agents.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span id=\"docs-internal-guid-38f06ef0-2ca0-8555-00dc-b78114e6f3f5\">After getting such good results with Switch, AXA decided to open this channel to all of its customers. In September 2016, AXA launched Messenger on its \u201cAXA Votre Service\u201d Facebook page. Today, over 50% of the AXA France social customer care happens on Messenger.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"align-center\" src=\"\/us\/en\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/inline-images\/case-study-axa-results.png\" alt=\"AXA Messenger results\" width=\"823\" height=\"463\" data-entity-type=\"file\" data-entity-uuid=\"fa9ac8b1-ed01-4974-9a03-d217cdeccfde\" \/><\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span id=\"docs-internal-guid-38f06ef0-2ca0-cd47-e1f2-cc00a37fbf55\">During his presentation at Facebook France and in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.usine-digitale.fr\/article\/comment-messenger-compte-devenir-plus-fun-et-plus-engageant-pour-ses-utilisateurs-et-les-marques.N558558\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">an interview with Usine Digitale<\/a>, David Marcus mentioned AXA\u2019s excellent results using Messenger:<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"quoter\" dir=\"ltr\"><span id=\"docs-internal-guid-38f06ef0-2ca1-7142-c446-ae7f1ec47476\">\u201cAXA did a great job on customer service for Switch, which is for a younger market.
