Organised since 2007 by Vis\u00e9o Customer Insights, this award\u2019s aim is to test the quality of French companies\u2019 customer services. 225 tests were done on the contact channels of each company : e-mail, social media, live chat, phone\u2026<\/p>\n<p>This year, the winners got an average rating of 15,48 out of 20, which demonstrates the excellent quality of their customer services. Among them, 3 Dimelo customers were awarded in their category:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/site.dimelo.com\/en\/success-story-pmu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">PMU<\/a> has been elected \u201cCustomer Service of the Year\u201d in the \u201cGames\u201d category for the second consecutive year. This award rewards PMU\u2019s community-oriented approach and its multichannel strategy to answer its clients\u2019 expectations (chat, social media, in-app messaging\u2026).<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/site.dimelo.com\/en\/success-story-direct-energie\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Direct Energie<\/a> has been awarded in the \u201cUtilities\u201d industry for the eleventh consecutive year. Since its creation, Direct Energie on its market by its outstanding customer service. Its latest innovations such as its chatbots and in-app messaging help to always better accompany their customers.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/en.nice.aeroport.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">A\u00e9roports de Nice C\u00f4te d\u2019Azur<\/a> received a prize in the \u201cAirports\u201d category.
