On the other, employees want to stay remote, and many are <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ringcentral.com\/us\/en\/blog\/1-in-3-employees-would-look-for-a-new-job-if-required-to-return-to-the-office\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ready to change jobs<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> if they\u2019re forced back.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The answer seems straightforward: companies adopt a <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ringcentral.com\/us\/en\/blog\/the-3-different-types-of-hybrid-work\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">hybrid work approach<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> where employees spend several days in the office and several at home.
