The coveted award was given to RingCentral in recognition of our world-class employee engagement and overall workplace excellence. Out of the 150 companies shortlisted, RingCentral rose to the top &#8211; proving that not even a pandemic could stop us from delivering for our people.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After bagging a\u00a0<\/span><b>Gold Stevie<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ae\u00a0<\/span><b>Award<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0in Innovation in Human Resources Management in Q3 of 2020, RingCentral never wavered in our commitment to bringing employee experience to the next level\u2014pandemic or no.\u00a0 The COVID-19 crisis hit the Philippines particularly hard\u2014forcing numerous companies across different sectors to slow or even cease operations.\u00a0 RingCentral was able to shift operations, recruitment, and employee engagement to the cloud in a matter of weeks. But we didn\u2019t stop with the bottom line.
