It\u2019s National Customer Service Week<\/a>! We see the importance of customer service everywhere, especially in 2020. Healthcare workers, grocery store associates, and every type of employee we interact with virtually have brought some sense of normalcy to day-to-day life.<\/span><\/p>\n

But as the world continues to change, businesses are transforming how they reach their customers, connect with their team, and manage their workforce. We chatted with New York Times and Wall Street Journal best-selling author Shep Hyken, who gave us some insight on the importance of support, empathy and communication when making your organization customer centric.<\/span><\/p>\n
