And for good reason: the team sends text messages to prospects, and with RingCentral, they could do that right from their computers. Convenient, hey?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cTurns out we actually underestimated the value of this feature,\u201d said Brandon.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote\"><p>When we started using the RingCentral SMS tool to text consumers, we doubled our engagement rates over what they\u2019d been when our reps were making phone calls.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">And that\u2019s not the only perk of using business texting. Before, they could only speak to one person at a time on a call.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(We\u2019re particularly stoked about this one since so many tools out there talk about how they make businesses more \u201cproductive\u201d and \u201cefficient\u201d without any details.)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cIn terms of boosting engagement and our bottom line, the SMS texting feature has absolutely been a game changer for us,\u201d says Brandon.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"padding-top: 20px;\"><strong>Saving 30% by trying something new<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Business texting aside, Triumph was actually saving money with RingCentral in a whole variety of ways.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For one, they didn\u2019t have to support their aging PBX phone system anymore. They were also able to slim down the number of tools being used, like a video online meeting app, since they could have video meetings with RingCentral.<\/span><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_2540\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-2540\" style=\"width: 576px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2540 size-large\" src=\"\/us\/en\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/image2-26-576x1024.png\" alt=\"RingCentral video meetings\" width=\"576\" height=\"1024\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-2540\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Yep, RingCentral\u2019s got that too.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Video conferencing is super important because Triumph has 160 dealers all across the US. <\/span>\u201cWe can host a live training session\u2014say, to tell our dealers about the details of a new bike\u2014and RingCentral lets us record that entire video and show it on-demand to our other dealers. This is another game changer because it frees our people up from having to host that same training session over and over for every dealer.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The team can share their screens with each other while on video calls too:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-43675\" src=\"\/us\/en\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/screen-share-1024x658.png\" alt=\"screen sharing in RingCentral Video\" width=\"1024\" height=\"658\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">And that\u2019s not all. \u201cThis system is also benefiting us in ways that we didn\u2019t anticipate when we rolled it out,\u201d said Brian. \u201cFor example, we set up our call center staff on RingCentral, and the service was great for helping us more easily rotate people in and out based on their shifts.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Key plot point here: Triumph\u2019s call center was running 24\/7.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">And while that sounds very nice and convenient (for customers), running <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">anything <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">24 hours a day, seven days a week can create a serious strain on resources.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Using RingCentral, Triumph discovered a better way to do this. \u201cWe started using the Live Reports to learn more about how our calls were being handled,\u201d said Brandon.
