Originally, its employees\u2019 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ringcentral.com\/business-phone-numbers.html\">business numbers<\/a> were tied to physical landlines, which was a problem because they spend a lot of time traveling and had to give out their personal cell phone numbers for work.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">So, to make it easier for everyone to work remotely, Attraqt tried a cloud solution\u2014the idea was to give the worldwide team a way to be responsive to customers wherever they were located, without buying expensive local hardware. An \u201cobligee\u201d (usually a government agency) requires a &#8220;principal&#8221; (usually an individual or a business) to pay for a surety bond from an insurance company that basically guarantees that they&#8217;ll fulfill their obligation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For example, one type of surety bond is an agricultural bond that the government requires from agricultural packers, market agencies, and dealers that makes sure they comply with the US Department of Agriculture\u2019s regulations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">SuretyBonds.com is a website that lets thousands of insurance agencies quote, buy, and issue surety bonds\u2014in minutes. This is almost unheard of. (Their competitors take days to do this, not minutes.)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As its founder and President, Lamon Warnock, describes, the key to making this incredible turnaround time work is communication.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Because the company\u2019s been growing so quickly, Lamon has been hiring remote workers to communicate with agents from, well, everywhere. <span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 15px;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ringcentral.com\/whyringcentral\/casestudies\/ez_surety_bonds.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Lamon says:<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote\">\n<div class=\"tip-quote\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 15px;\">We can transfer a call to south Georgia or Ohio, and the agent never knows that we\u2019re not all in the same office.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By using a <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ringcentral.com\/rcapp.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">team messaging app,<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> his employees can have a steady stream of conversations with each other that aren\u2019t in-depth enough to require a phone call\u2014but are too urgent to be communicated through emails:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><iframe sandbox=\"allow-scripts allow-same-origin allow-presentation\" title=\"RingCentral app for Desktop: Message.
