As long as I have internet access, I don\u2019t even need phone service. I can access our entire communications system\u2026 to do text messages, receive phone calls, whatever I have to do. That\u2019s a super-important feature to us.\u201d<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Keeping control of the business\u2019s phone numbers<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Another feature John appreciates is the ability to control his RingCentral business phone numbers, which helps his company maintain their client relationships over the long term.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe issue phone numbers to each agent,\u201d says John. \u201cIf an agent were to leave for any reason, or if they go on vacation, those numbers belong to us.
