It is critical that employees are able to work from anywhere, anytime, on any device in order to get work done and keep businesses moving forward \u2013 even in the event of a crisis. We take the job of safeguarding our customer\u2019s critical operations very seriously.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Frequently asked questions:<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><strong>What is RingCentral\u2019s business continuity plan for a pandemic response?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">RingCentral\u2019s plan is to first safeguard our employees to ensure our products and services remain the highest quality. Second, we ensure our products and services are providing the benefits needed during this time. Key teams meet daily to ensure we are staying abreast of the situation and adapting as needed. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>How will the Network Operation Center (NOC) be staffed and resourced during COVID-19?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our NOC, SRE, Network, and Security teams are fully staffed and resourced, with built-in redundancy and staffing in four global regions. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>How do RingCentral\u2019s security protocols protect users when working remotely?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">RingCentral provides robust security measures to ensure a secure and reliable communications service to your business operation &#8211; whether in an office or your home network. As a cloud service provider, RingCentral offers multiple layers of built-in security.
