This meant an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ringcentral.com\/diversity-and-inclusion\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">unwavering commitment to diversity and inclusion<\/a> \u2013 a company where every team member feels comfortable bringing their best and authentic self to work \u2013 no matter age, cultural background, physical ability, race, religion, gender, or sexual orientation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>I am thrilled that my first post on behalf of RingCentral is about equality, the progress we have made, and the long journey ahead.<\/strong> For the second year running, RingCentral has achieved a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hrc.org\/campaigns\/corporate-equality-index\">100% ranking on the\u00a0Human Rights Campaign Foundation\u2019s Corporate Equality Index (CEI)<\/a> and has been recognized as a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hrc.org\/resources\/best-places-to-work-for-lgbtq-equality-2021\">Best Place to Work for LGBTQ Equality<\/a>. As a long-time ally of the LGBTQ+ community, I am truly proud. Thank you to every RingCentral employee who has made this possible \u2013 members of the community and every ally.<\/p>\n<p>To our RingCentral LGBTQ+ team members? Please keep us honest. While this may come across as a celebration of small steps taken, it is as much an acknowledgment of the journey ahead and the ongoing struggle for equality. While I am thankful for the efforts here at RingCentral, I know there is always work to be done. This year RingCentral is among 686 leading companies out of 1059 to reach the 100% distinction.
