While global expansion is key to the growth of a business, this opportunity comes with new challenges.<\/p>\n<p>One primary challenge for multinational businesses is maintaining a connected and collaborative ecosystem of employees and external stakeholders, such as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ringcentral.com\/whyringcentral\/casestudies.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">customers<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ringcentral.com\/partner\/overview.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">partners<\/a>.
