Here\u2019s an overview:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Next-generation RingCentral Office. <\/strong>We\u2019re bringing all workplace communication and collaboration into a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ringcentral.com\/whyringcentral\/company\/pressreleases\/pressreleases-2017\/ringcentral-unveils-next-generation-ringcentral-office-.html?BMID=BLOGNEW\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">single user experience<\/a>. The goal: allow customers to communicate, collaborate and connect with a single sign-on and unified interface. A <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ringcentral.com\/collaborative-communications.html?BMID=BLOGNEW\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">recent survey conducted by Ipsos on behalf of RingCentral<\/a> found that the average worker uses 5 to 6 communication tools, including single-point solutions for audio\/video conferencing, web sharing and other functions. Our goal: give customers a single tool that combines all required communications and collaboration experiences. Here\u2019s what\u2019s new:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Reimagined collaborative-centric communications: <\/strong>Easy-to-use, unified experience for team messaging, audio, video, fax, SMS, collaboration, and conferencing. With this new release, all of these capabilities are now provided in a simple, elegant, and consistent user experience across mobiles, tablets, and desktops.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Expanded open platform with team messaging APIs, plus chatbots and AI support: <\/strong>Open APIs and SDKs for customers to embed messaging, collaboration and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ringcentral.com\/small-business\/blog\/task-automation\/\">task automation<\/a> functionality into their business workflows and applications. Interfaces with chatbot frameworks, including Hubot, Lita, and Botkit, to streamline decision-making and information-sharing.<\/li>\n<li><strong>40 out-of-the-box integrations:<\/strong> 40 new team messaging integrations, including Salesforce, Zoho, Marketo, ServiceNow, Confluence and Cloze.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Geographic expansion<\/strong>. RingCentral\u2019s rapid growth to date has largely been powered by the North American market \u2013 but now we\u2019re dramatically <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ringcentral.com\/office\/features\/global-office-communications\/overview.html?BMID=BLOGNEW\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">expanding our global reach<\/a>. This week, we\u2019re <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ringcentral.com\/whyringcentral\/company\/pressreleases\/pressreleases-2017\/ringcentral-announces-new-european-offering.html?BMID=BLOGNEW\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">launching natively<\/a> in 13 countries across Europe, with local presence and Euro-denominated billing. (The new countries include France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Ireland, Belgium, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Austria, Portugal, Switzerland and Luxembourg).
