Since we announced our collaboration with Google Cloud last year<\/a>, we continue to expand our global footprint and deepen our integration by adding functionality for users to initiate calls and send SMS<\/a> messages from their Chrome browser; log into their RingCentral account with their associated Gmail email; schedule RingCentral meetings<\/a> in Gmail; and a host of other time-saving tasks that can increase productivity and create one hub for users\u2019 business communication needs.<\/p>\n

Today, we are announcing new Google Workspace integrated features across our RingCentral Office<\/a> products to make it even easier and faster for users to benefit from RingCentral\u2019s features within Google Workspace. These new features are:<\/p>\n

Click-to-dial and SMS<\/em><\/strong>: The ability to click a phone number on any page in a Chrome browser to make a call or send an SMS using the RingCentral for Google Chrome Extension<\/a>, helping improve workstream efficiency and productivity.<\/p>\n

Google Login<\/em><\/strong>: Google Workspace users can now use their email credentials to log into their RingCentral account for a unified experience across web, mobile, and desktop.<\/p>\n

Besides these latest product offerings, the RingCentral partnership with Google includes a host of features with business needs in mind such as:<\/p>\n

Integrated soft-phone: <\/em><\/strong>Inside Gmail Inbox and Google Calendar<\/a>, the RingCentral softphone is always available.<\/p>\n

Google contacts<\/em><\/strong>: With RingCentral for Google Chrome Extension, users can combine their Google and RingCentral contacts for easy access to all their contacts without the need to enter data in multiple applications.<\/p>\n

Voicemail and meetings<\/em><\/strong>: Now, users can listen to voicemail without leaving Gmail, and schedule conference calls<\/a> directly in Google Calendar. It also works with Google Hangouts, so users can quickly connect up to 1000 participants.<\/p>\n

Collaborate with Google Drive<\/em>:<\/strong> Using RingCentral Glip<\/a> for collaboration and RingCentral Meetings, import documents from Google Drive into Glip conversations and RingCentral Meetings.<\/p>\n

Fax from Google Docs<\/em>:<\/strong> Using RingCentral\u2019s fax plug-in<\/a>, users can fax documents using their RingCentral account directly from Google Docs<\/a>, eliminating the need to download or print documents for faxing.<\/p>\n

Embed communications<\/em>:<\/strong> With RingCentral\u2019s open APIs<\/a>, users can integrate communications into their Google Cloud business applications.<\/p>\n
