Let\u2019s see how they fare.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Challenge<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.businesswire.com\/news\/home\/20131030005296\/en\/Britons-Working-Longer-Hours-as-Customer-Expectations-Rise\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">55% of customers<\/a> expect a response within 3 hours of contacting a business.
