1) Strong Support<\/p>\n

We see one competitor is just buckling under the pressure. They obviously didn\u2019t receive enough dedicated training and dedicated support they needed to understand best practices and succeed. Once they finally get themselves out of their muddle, it will be their customers that are the ones left hanging.<\/p>\n

The other competitor clearly has all the support<\/a> they need in order to run their communications smoothly. Their complete training process meant they were assisted with advice and tips anywhere and at any time. Look at the way they handle the demand under pressure with complete ease.<\/p>\n

2) No Downtime<\/p>\n

You can almost cut the tension with a knife as we watch one competitor struggle to keep up. There\u2019s no guarantee they will stay up for any period of time and if they do have any downtime, they will lose serious points amongst many customers. They may not be able to recover from a situation like that.<\/p>\n

In contrast, nothing looks like it could cause the other to waver and demonstrate anything other than consistent form. They have an equipment provider who sweats the small stuff to ensure they can always operate at their optimum<\/a>.<\/p>\n

3) Smooth Transitions<\/p>\n

It looks like one of the competitors has gotten themselves in a bit of a tangle. The on-site equipment they use is rather inflexible, which means their slow transitions between system upgrades are costly in terms of money but also time.<\/p>\n
