Some of our customers, however, have no access to developers, or have app integrations we don\u2019t yet support.<\/p>\n<p>To address these <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ringcentral.com\/small-business\/blog\/workflow-automation\/\">workflow automation<\/a> needs, I\u2019m happy to announce that our new <a href=\"https:\/\/zapier.com\/zapbook\/ringcentral\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">integration with Zapier<\/a> is now officially available. Zapier is the leading provider of \u2018integration as a service\u2019. This amazingly powerful platform is pre-integrated with more than 500 leading productivity and business services that many of our customers use: Google Mail, Salesforce, Mail Chimp, Basecamp, Box, Amazon S3\u2026 the list goes on. With <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ringcentral.com\/apps\/ringcentral-zapier\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">RingCentral for Zapier<\/a>, you can create custom workflows between RingCentral and the apps and services you use the most without doing development.<\/p>\n<p>Some examples of custom integrations you can build with Zapier:<br \/>\n\u2022 Automatically archive your call recordings and voicemails to Box, GDrive, Dropbox, or S3.<br \/>\n\u2022 On incoming calls from specific numbers, automatically create a case in Salesforce, Zendesk, or Basecamp.<br \/>\n\u2022 Use RingCentral as both the trigger and action: If an inbound call is missed, send a group text to support agents to ensure someone responds.<\/p>\n<p>Ready to try this out?
