The RingCentral team is thrilled and honored to welcome Kira Makagon as our new Executive Vice President of Innovation!

Kira’s career record and accomplishments are impressive. She has more than twenty years of experience in product strategy and global technology management, and has held key executive positions at a number of successful companies. Prior to joining RingCentral, Kira founded and served as President of Red Aril, which was acquired by Hearst company iCrossing. Before Red Aril, Kira served as CTO of online marketing and CRM company Octane Software, acquired by E.piphany. And prior to Octane, Kira was the VP of product development at Scopus Technology, where she created and launched multiple generations of CRM products. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from UC Berkeley and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.

At RingCentral, Kira leads product innovation and oversees several departments, including: product management, product marketing, engineering, and operations. I’ve had the pleasure of meeting with Kira one-on-one a few times and find her fresh perspective and no-nonsense approach refreshing.  Oh and it’s great having another  woman in the exec staff meetings 🙂

Welcome, Kira. We are delighted you are a part of the RingCentral team.
