How to View and Print Received Faxes With RingCentral's Softphone (Call Controller)

Viewing and printing received faxes via RingCentral’s softphone (learn more) is easy and intuitive. Plus, faxes are automatically saved — eliminating the need to manually save. Read on for more details.

When you receive a fax, go to the softphone’s inbox and double-click on the fax message to open and view the fax.

To print the fax: Click File > Print > (Assuming that your default printer has been selected correctly) > OK.

Click here to download the softphone for the (new) Cloud Touch interface:

If you’re on the RingCentral legacy interface:
Log in to your online account > Click the Download tab > Download Now.
